James married Lucy/Lucia Martin, daughter of Col. John# Martin and Martha# Burwell, on 20 Mar 1760. (Lucy/Lucia Martin was born ~1735 in Dublin, died on 26 Jul 1802 in Twickenham, Middlesex and was buried on 29 Jul 1802 in Twickenham, Middlesex.)
