1841 Census; too many to choose from. So searched for Mary A (see below) and eventually found them both. Family is;
Thomas 70 Ag Labourer

Eliza 31
Henry 11
Ann 10
Mary 2
Alll Jackson. All born in Lincs, living at Thimbelby Wildmore Fen Allotment. Presume that Thomas (31) and Eliza are Henry's parents, and that Thomas (70) is his grandfather ? Note also that Thimbleby is where Emma Jackson born 30 years later. Also makes sense in that one of his daughters all 'Mary Ann'. Ahhh, perhaps this Eliza got remarried to William Cox (below) - makes sense and ages (almost) match. So son-in-law below actually means 'Step Son'.
Later; found marriage Q1 1846 Horncastle, Lincs - Eliza Jackson and William Cox.

1851 Census appears in census entry as 20yo, born in Coningsby. Living in Wragby, Horncastle. Occupants are;
William Cox HEAD Married 40 Labourer, Coningsby
Eliza Cox WIFE Married 39 Baston, Lincs
John Cox SON 1 Horncastle
Henry Jackson S-in-L 20 Labouer Coningsby
Mary A Jackson D-in-L 12 Coningsby
Eliza Jackson D-in-L 9 Coninsby
This would imply that Mary A (same name as his daughter) and Eliza are his sisters, but couldn't initially work out how those 3 are related to William Cox...., but eventually pieced it together after find '41 entry and remarriage.

A Henry Jackson married either a Sarah Grantham or a Sarah Coupland in Horncastle district in Q2 1852. The other one married Charles Chapman.
Have got Sarah-Jane's birth cert. Mother is Sarah Jackson, but surname hard to read, might be Rainford, Bamford, Barnforth..... something ?!?

1861 Census; can't find. VERY annoying as need his wife name and PoB. Oct '07 - once knew wife's first name (from Sarah Jane's birth cert) I tried to find them again, but still no luck !

Have search for all children christening on familysearch and found Emma - but this doesn't give mother's name !

1871 Census; age 41; widower, living with children at Gaes(?) Farm, Thimbleby, Horncastle, Lincs. Occupation; Agricultural Labourer.

1881 Census; age 50; living with 2nd wife and child at 'Village Street', Thimbelby, Lincs. Occupation; Ag Labourer.

Number of Henry Jackson's dying between 81 and 91.

Henry# married Sarah# Ramford?!?. (Sarah# Ramford?!? was born ~1832 and died Q1 1871 in Horncastle, Lincs.)

Henry# next married Charlotte Reek/Reck Q3 1871 in Horncastle, Lincs. (Charlotte Reek/Reck was born in 1824 in Greetham, Lincs..)
