1841 Census; (age 11) living with parents, 2 siblings and a boarder in Thornton-le-Moor Parish, Lincs.
1851 Census; there is an Ann Crawshaw (age 21) who is a housemaid at house of Charles Smith (Attourney) in Caistor, Lincs. This is almost certainly her, but says PoB is Thornton Curtis (?)
1861 Census; (age 33) living as wife at Bonby Lodge, Bonby, Lincs with husband and 4 children and 'son in law' (Joseph Crawshaw age 11).
1871 Census (age 42) living at No 2 Bonby Lodge, Bonby, Lincs with husband and 4 children. PoB Thornton, Lincs.
1881 Census (age 53) living at Lower something something, Barton St Mary, Lincs with husband and 2 children.
1891 Census; (age 62) living at West Ackridge, Barton on Humber, Lincs with husband, daughter, lodger (actually Joseph Crawshaw 59 her brother) and 2 grandsons. Occupation; Pastry Cook.
1901 Census (age 72) is widow living at Alexandra Villas, West Ackridge, Barton On Humber, Lins. Only other person in house is a boarder John Hopper (24).
Ann married William Alltoft/Altoft, son of Thomas Alltoft/Altoft and Elizabeth, on 29 Feb 1852 in Ind.Chapel, Glanford Brigg, Lincoln. (William Alltoft/Altoft was born in 1819 in Caistor, Lincs. and died on 29 Dec 1899.)
