1851 Census; living aged 23 in Scremby, Lincs with first wife and son. Occupation; Ag Lab.
Later married first wife's sister after Betsy had died.
1861 census; living, aged 33, at Low Yard, Burgh le Marsh, Lincs with second wife and children. Occupation; Ag Lab. NB; Niece Eliza Caborn is living, alone, next door. And there is another family of Wilkinson's (John and Ellen) living next door to her.
1871 Census; living, aged 42 at Dalby(?) Road, Partney, Lincs with wife, 6 children and 2 servants. One of the children .... Francis Caborun, 24, Dressmaker, born Partney ..... is listed as Samuels step daughter. Don't understand how she fits in. Occupation; Ag Yardman.
1881 Census; living, aged 52, at Candlesby, Lincs with wife, 2 children and grandson. Grandson is; Arthur Wilkinson, 4, born Dalby(?), Lincs. Occupation; Farmer.
Possibly he is the Samuel Wilkinson who died in Spilsby in Q3 1890?
1891 Census; can't find him or his wife.
1901 Census; didn't look.
Samuel married Betsy Caborn, daughter of William# Caborn and Ann# Thornley, in 1850. (Betsy Caborn was born in 1827 in Partney, Lincs, christened on 8 May 1827 in Partney, Lincolnshire and died in 1855.)
Samuel next married Sarah Caborn, daughter of William# Caborn and Ann# Thornley, in 1857. (Sarah Caborn was born in 1826 in Partney, Lincs and was christened on 19 Jan 1826 in Partney, Lincolnshire.)
