Robert# Seaton

Got his name from finding birth for a William Seaton on familysearch. Could be wrong, but is right place and year, so almost certainly correct.
This led me to find the marriage on familysearch, which gave wifes maiden name.
Furthermore there is a Robert Seaton chr 18 Oct 1737 in Ingham, Lincs who's parents are John and Ann. But this would be a leap too far, so not entering for now, although probably would have done if birth had been in Faldingworth! Ingham only about 7 miles from Faldingworth.

Contacted David Cook who was looking for an Ann Seaton born in Faldingworth in ~1785, father Wm. This not same person as our Ann, but is probably/presumably the same family ? However one of the witnesses at the wedding of his Ann is also Ann Seaton - perhaps our girl, possibly she was a cousin? David does however have his Ann's grandfather as Robert, born 1737 at Ingham, and married to Anne Browne (IGI) and his father was John Seaton born 1701 at West Barkwith, Lincoln - all info from IGI.

BASTARDY RECOGNIZANCE dated 19 Oct 1811. Mother: Elizabeth MARTIN of Owersby singlewoman. Putative father: Robert SEATON of Faldingworth Yeoman. Joseph Seaton of the same was his surety.

BASTARDY RECOGNIZANCE dated 29 Nov 1812. Mother: Elizabeth MARTIN single-woman of Snarford. Putative father: Robert SEATON of Bassingham in Kesteven Yeoman. Joseph Seaton of Faldingworth Farmer was his surety. Female child born 17 Feb last in the parish of Snarford.

Robert# married Ann# Brown on 3 Aug 1769 in Faldingworth, Lincs.
