1875 was informant of his brother Jonathan's death.
1881 Census; Can't find. There is a John Blanchard, married to Eliza, living in Cambs. But gives PoB as Horncastle which, although it has Blanchard connections, is about 12 miles from Linwood. Also that Eliza born in Cambs.
