1851 Census; Possibly he is the William Blanchard, 13 born in Keelby, who is living as Stepson at the house of Thomas (32) and Eliza (36) Hornsey in Searby, Lincs. Did his father remarry to Elizabeth and then he himself died? Occupation; Ag Lab.
