1911 Census finds them 11 Sandford Terrace, Aylburton, Gloucstershire which comes under Chepstow, Monmouth. Herbert's occupation is now Time Keeper at Colliery. They now have 4 children - one of whom is William Pickering Rice.
No obvious death record.
Lucy married Herbert Rice, son of William Rice and Ann Phipps, Q1 1900 in Hardingstone, Northants. (Herbert Rice was born Q2 1856 in Courteenhall, Northamptonshire and died Q4 1930 in Chepstow.)
