Originally I thought name was Winston in 1901, although ancestry had indexed as Dunstan WN. Presumably therefore he is the Dunston William H Rouse born Q1 1898 in Pancras, London.

1901 Census; Is living, aged 3, at Rushton Green, St Lawrence Parish, Evesham, Worcs with parents, sibling and a visitor.
