1871 Census (indexed as Blanshard) living, age 5, at Welton, Lincs with parents and 6 siblings. Scholar.

1881 Census; Can't find.

1891 Census; Presumably is living, age 24, as servant at Heath La., Dunston, Lincs, house of John Bowcock (Farm Foreman). Occupation; Waggoner. PoB of 'Lessington' (sic).

1901 Census; there is a Thomas F Blanchard, but puts PoB as Easton, Lincs. and is clerk, which doesn't sound like our chap.
