Found chr record on familysearch. Clearly shows parents as James and Mary - same as Jacob Septimus.
Presumably he is;
1851 Census; Living as head (age 52) in Bolton, Lancs with wife and 4 children. Occupation; Butcher (NOTE brother Pedley is a butcher). PoB; Bewerley, Yorks. But not entered children etc. as all a bit speculative at the moment. Children born in Grassington. Seems likely.

Robert married Mary ~1823. (Mary was born in 1800 in Heaton, Lancs and died Q2 1891 in Bolton, Lancs..)
