London Gazette (30th July 1869); PURSUANT to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in the matter of the estate of Francis Robert Williamson, deceased, and a cause Williamson and another against Harridance and another, the creditors of Francis Robert Williamson, late of Chiswell-street, Finsbury, and of Clapton-square, both in the county of Middlesex, Ironmonger, who died in or about the month of April, 1851, are, on or before tbe 25th day of September, 1869, to send by post, prepaid, to Messrs. John and William Crick, of Maldon, in the county of Essex, the Solicitors of Rosalie Clemence Harridance, wife of Henry Harridance, the administratrix de bonis non of the deceased, their Christian and surnames; addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will he peremptorily excluded from the benefit of tbe said Order. Every creditor holding any security is to produce the same before the Vice-Chancellor Sir John Stuart, at his chambers, situated No. 11, Old-square, Lincoln's-inn, Middlesex, on Wednesday, the 3rd day of November, 1869, at twelve o'clock at noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating on the claims.—Dated this 29th day of July, 1869.
Francis married Rosalie Clemence Loaring, daughter of Robert Loaring and Mary Frances Fry, on 29 Jul 1848 in St.Giles, Camberwell. (Rosalie Clemence Loaring was born ~1825 in Yarncombe, Devon, died on 30 Oct 1900 and was buried in West Norwood Cemetry, Surrey.)
