1861 Census (age 9) living in Upper Settle with parents and siblings. Name is definately not Moorby, could be Wilkinson. Have assumed born out of wedlock - might not be John's daughter (although is listed as such) - maybe Margaret married twice and this is child from first marriage?
1871 Census (age 19), unmarried, living in Poole's Row, Settle with parents and siblings. NB; On here Esther is listed as Moorby? Occupation; Drimbler(?) at Cotton Mill.
1881 Census (age 29), unmarried, living in Cob Cottages, Settle with parents, siblings, brother in law (David Jackson - married to Sarah) and niece (David and Sarah's child). No occupation given. Moorby again.
1891 Census (age 39) living at Cobb Castle, Settle with widowed father, sister and fathers grandson. Grandson is John Thomas Moorby (3 born in Settle) - not entirely sure a) which JTM this is or b) who his parents are. Occupation; not given. Moorby still.
Died in Settle Q4 1897 aged 46.
