1871 Census (age 15) is at boarding school at Abington House School, Abington Street, St Giles Parish, Northampton.

Married a Miss Ridley of Denton, but died young. Can't find marriage.

1881 Census; there's a vague possible in Leics, but is shoe finisher, don't think it's him.
