Reputed to be strong-willed, mischievous, and beautiful, with bright gold hair and a fair complexion, Hannah brought her husband wealth, position, and a mutual devotion that lasted to the end of their lives.
Hannah married Thomas Lee, son of Sir Thomas Lee and Laetitia Corbin, in May 1722 in Green Spring. (Thomas Lee was born in 1690 in Mount Pleasant, Virginia and died on 14 Nov 1750.)
