- Marriage (1): Edmund Taylor J.P. Q2 1864 in Shrewsbury, Shrops.

Notes:
1841 Census; living at xxxHouse(? - next to Brynllwyn), Aberhafesp Berriew, Montgomery, age 2 with parents.
1851 not on English Census. 1851 Welsh census; living, aged 11, at Moydog, Montgomeryshire, the house of Richard Robinson (30, farmer of 120 acres born Berriew). Is listed as House Servant. Her brother Walter (13) is also in house and listed as Ag Lab.
1861 English Census, living, aged 22, at Ashley House, Holy Cross Parish, Shrewsbury with parents, 6 siblings and 3 servants. Unmarried.
1871 English, 5 possibles inc; Mary ELIZABETH Taylor, 1839, Berriew, wife to Edmund, living Claughton wife Grange, Cheshire. Mary WITHERS, 1840, Berriew, Servant at Wrockwardine, Shrops (Cook) Logically the Mary Withers would seem correct. HOWEVER a Mary Elizabeth Withers did marry an Edmund Taylor in SHREWSBURY in Q2 1864, so I'm more inclined to believe that is her (and backed up by George Withers staying with them in '81); 1871 Census, living aged 32, at 40 Devonshire Road, Claughton with Grange, Cheshire (Birkenhead parliamentary borough) with husband and 2 domestic servants.
1881 Census; living, aged 42, at Lingdale, 9 Shrewsbury Road, Oxton, Birkenhead with husband, brother George and 2 domestic servants.
1891 Census; living, aged 51, at 12 Mount Pleasant, Oxton, Birkenhead with husband and 3 domestic servants.
A Mary Elizabeth Taylor (b~1839) died Q1 1900 in Birkenhead. Presume this is her.
Husband is widower by 1901.
Mary married Edmund Taylor J.P. Q2 1864 in Shrewsbury, Shrops. (Edmund Taylor J.P. was born in 1833 in Shrewsbury, Shrops..)
