Presumably he was also vicar of Longford by Newton.
From National Archives; Robert Outlaw of Northamptonshire was admitted as a pensioner to Queens' College, Cambridge on 23 April 1765 and was awarded a BA in 1769. He was ordained as a deacon in September 1770 and was curate of Islip, 1770, curate of Sudborough, 1772-1781 (both Northamptonshire) and rector of Longford, Shropshire, 1773-1825. He died in 1825. His sister Ann married the Rev James Gibbs in April 1793; her sister was Mrs E H Hedding.

The National Archive records relate to THE FREWEN FAMILY OF BRICKWALL IN NORTHIAM, who might be relatives of some sort as his sisters Ann and Elizabeth also appear in the archive. Same things in a2a.
Was a magistrate; National Archives "individual petition (William Horton, superintendent of the Marquis of Stafford's coal works as desired by Ralph Leeke and the Reverend Robert Outlaw, the committing magistrates). Covering dates 1817 Oct 20. Also a death notice says he was JP.
