Highly speculative from drill down on Wm Powis from Jane Powis' chr. Also wedding date (found on IGI) doesn't tie in with William's extrapolted YoB from headstone.
The Gentleman's Magazine, obituary of considerable persons, 1780, "Mrs Phoebe Powis, wife of Mr.Rich.P., brewer, at Greenwich".
Phoebe# married Richard# Powis, son of William# Powis and Elizabeth Vernier???, on 30 Sep 1778 in Saint Bride Fleet St, London. (Richard# Powis died in 1800.)
