bullet  Notes:

Educated guess from finding following in Clodock PR's in Hereford CRO's
30th Sept 1815, William, son of Wm and Blanch Williams of Carneachead, Freeholder.
Looking at a modern map I would guess this is actually Cwmcoched, SW of of Clodock.

At http://homepage.ntlworld.com/im.griffiths/parryfamilyhistory/parryprobate/elizwilliams3march1829.htm
there is the will of an Elizabeth Williams, which says;
In the Name of god Amen I Elizabeth Williams of the township of Longtown parrish of Clodock Being Sick in Body But in Perfect Mind and Memory thanks be given to god calling unto mind the Mortality of My Body and knowing that it is apointed for all Men once to die do Make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say Princypally and first of all I give and recomemend my Soul to the hand of Almighty god that gave it and my Body I recommend to the earth to be Buried in a decent Christian Buriall at the Descretion of my Executors nothing Doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the Mighty power of god to Bless me In this life I order my Son in Law Thomas PARY to pay out of my Legacy from Tymaur that is due to me Candlemas last Sixty guineas

I ordain as this is my Last Will and Testament I hear by set my Son in Law William WILLIAMS and my Daughter Elizabeth PRICHARD to In power to Execute my Will
Dated this 10th day of March 1828
Notes say "The original transcription of this Will was carried out by Norman Parry. As far as I can tell, Thomas PARRY married Mary WILLIAMS at Cwmyoy 12 April 1808, although she was described (in the marriage bond) as from Llantillio Pertholey. I have not yet identified which William WILLIAMS is Elizabeth's son-in-law - there were at least three William WILLIAMS in Clodock at this time. One of them is occupying Tymawr in the 1835 Electoral Roll. However, another is in Cwmcoched, which is the address given for an Elizabeth WILLIAMS aged 75, who was buried on 29 March 1828. Perhaps a son and son-in-law, but then one might expect the son William to be mentioned in Elizabeth's Will. Thomas and/or Mary PARRY are recorded as being at Tymawr in various documents (parish registers, census, Electoral Roll etc) from about 1826 to 1874, although William WILLIAMS is the occupier in at least 1835."
I would suspect that the son-in-law William Williams is actually our chap?
