Seems a bit old to be having children in the 1720's - have I missed a generation somewhere??!?

Following Scarborough's in the Irthlingborough MI's (all bapist church); B37 (Headstone) In memory of ROBERT SCARBOROUGH died September 12th 1894 in his 71st year. 'In hope of eternal life'. Also of MARY his wife died December 24th 1904 in her 87th year. 'Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord'.
B38 (Headstone) "Be still and know that I am God" In affectionate remembrance of ROBERT the beloved son of JOHN & ELIZABETH SCARBOROUGH who died at Northampton after a short illness May 29th 1870, in the 18th years of his age. Also of JOHN who died March (24 1855?) Aged 5 years, and (2?) months. Also of JOHN WILLIAM, who died March ** (1866?). (The remainder of the text is illegible).

(The epitaph is illegible: on the right side). In memory of ANN relict of ROBERT SCARBOROUGH who died Nov 13th 1872 aged 87 years. Also of THOMAS son of the above died Nov 20th 1860, aged 46 years.
B41 (A headstone leaning against the chapel wall). In loving remembrance of ELIZABETH wife of JOHN SCARBOROUGH who passed from this life February 25th 1881, aged 61 years. "At <*******> tide it shall be light". Also of JOHN SCARBOROUGH husband of the above who died in Wellingborough December 2*th 188& aged 77 years.
