He married SARAH, daughter of William Dax and left issue". Issue then listed. As this is in Welshpool and is Sarah Dax it seems likely this is a dau of Wm and Sarah - but she's not on the IGI. The marriage IS on the IGI; 13 Aug 1834, Welshpool, doesn't give her parents however.

Official Descriptive and Illustrated Catalogue By Great Exhibition, F.L.S. Robert Ellis, Robert Ellis, Commissioners for the Exhibition of 1851. Includes a Mr Richard Dax of High St., Welshpool – ‘Inventor’. Seems to be designing new saddles and bridles.
