Although tentative, I believe she (Mary) is the daughter of Thomas Gwillim and Elizabeth Brewer, m. 9/4/1762 in Little Birch, Herefordshire. They had 9 children (IGI data), all in Little Birch, namely:
Thomas (1762)
Elizabeth (1764)
John (1768)
Erasmea (1769)
Mary (1770, c. 1771) - IGI has both birth and christening date.
Anne (1772/3) - ties in with Ann with James in 1841 Census.
Richard (1775)
Margaret (1777)
Jemima (1779)
and
Going back further on the Gwillim line is more problematical (spelling alternatives are Gwilliam, Gwillym, Gwyllim, Gwillem, and some I may have missed). There are two births of a Thomas Gwillim in Little Birch in the rightish period:
1731 son of Benjamin & Erasma ( ties in with Erasmea above?).
1732 son of Bennet & Mary.
also 1731 son of William and Elizabeth in Hereford.
So far data is too tenuous to pick the correct one, even using children naming conventions of that period.
Thomas married Elizabeth Brewer on 9 Apr 1762 in Little Birch, Herefordshire.
