There are a number of Sarah SIMS in 1891, but non really look like her, then found death record which gives DoB as ~1819 = match, and specifically says Sarah Augustus Syms.
Sarah married Edward Griffiths Syms, son of David Charles Syms and Margaret Griffiths, on 23 Jan 1838 in St Mary's, Lambeth, London. (Edward Griffiths Syms was born on 18 Jul 1815, christened on 6 Sep 1815 in St.Matthew's, Bethnal Green, London and died Q1 1891 in Kensington, London.)
