1851 Census; Living as head, age 40, at Rennard(?) St., Kennington, Lambeth. Occupation; Accountants Clerk. Also in house are wife Sophia and a servant. PoB looks like Shrewsbury, Shrops. This matches with the Salop Harris visitor with his widowed wife in 1871. Dau is possibly at boarding school, but if it's the correct people then where is son ?
HOWEVER this age would make him illegitimate ! I don't think this is them and if he's any younger then he's MUCH younger than his wife ! And if the marriage year wrong (unlikely) then even if it was 1811 she would only be 17.
John married Sophia. (Sophia was born ~1799 in Woolwich, Kent.)
