1784 Marriage; Kilnwick Percy Parish Register; Thomas Grant otp Bricklater and Mary Gardham otp married by lic. 2nd day of September 1784. In precense of Wm xxxxx and John LAVERACH. Presumably a shotgun wedding as Wm born 11 days later!
Found her burial record in Millington Parish Register; Mary, wife of Thomas Grant, Bricklayer of Millington was buried May 13th 1800 aged 36 years.
There are a number of Gardam's in 1829 Pigot's directory for Pocklington;
