I couldn't find wedding on familysearch.org. Wendy found it and hence surname. Presumably she is some relative of her brother-in-law Rev Henry Liveing?

1901 Census (age 40) living with husband and children at 3 Holyrood Road, Dunston St James, Northants. Also 3 servants (Governess, Cook and Housekeeper).

1911 Census; (not pulled) living aged 58 at 41 Newlands, Northampton.

Margaret married George William Rands, son of George Rands and Julia Wright, in Dec 1890 in Marylebone Parish Church, London. (George William Rands was born in 1853 in Northampton, Northants and died in Mar 1940 in Northampton, Northants.)
