St Mary's Lambeth 16 Oct 1833 Isabel Ann Powis. Same parents and address so either she was christened twice?? (unlikely) or it is another child of same name. The same day as Isabel's second christening on 16 Oct 1833 the next entry is Ann Maria POWIS.

1851 Census; (Indexed on ancestry as Lowis) (age 19?) living in South Street, Dorking, Surrey with parents, siblings, grandmother and a servant. Occupation; Scholar.

1871 Census; (age 34) staying in Maidenhead with her aunt and uncle.

1881 Census; (age 49 - ties in with '51) living at 115 The Grove, Camberwell, Lambeth with husband, step dau Mary (21) and 3 servants.

1891 Census; (age 59) living as widow and head at 115 The Grove, Camberwell, Lambeth with 2 dau (presum. step dau) - 32 and 24 and 1 son (22) - non of whom have occupations. 3 servants and 2 visitors - Emma E Alden (single 30) and Katharine M Stevenson (single 24). Occupation; Living on own means.

1901 Census; (age 66??) living as widow and head at 115 Camberwell Grove, Camberwell with 2 (presum. step) dau - 41 and 33 - non of whom have occupations and 3 servants. No occupation given.PoB has Susex and Kent - both crossed out, and then Surrey !

1911 Cenus; Living as head (age 70, Widow) at 115 Camberwell Grove, Camberwell, London with nephew Oswald Powis and his wife Francis Mary (26, married 1 year, Melbourne, Aus). Also in the house are 2 servants and a Mary Brenchley (54, Brighton) step dau of Isabel.
