1851 Census; (Indexed on ancestry as Lowis) (age 4?) living in South Street, Dorking, Surrey with parents, siblings, grandmother and a servant. Name V hard to read - could also be Lavinia or Louisa, but indexed as Minnie. In fact Louisa perhaps more likely as only one 'dot' (over an i).
From Wendy now know first name actually Maria, so need to recheck following;
Few Powis death records in this range, most likely is Mary Jane in Dorking in Q3 1855.
Looked for births to get handle on name most likely is Mina Powis Q1 1847, Lambeth. There is also a Jane Mary in Dorking Q2 1849, but that too close to be 4 in '51.
1861 Census; Can't find. If look for all Powis born in Surrey in 1847 +/- 2 then non look like Minnie, Louisa or Lavinia, and anyway they're all sons/dau/or servant.
1871 Census; Can't find. Few vague possibles if married.
