NB; There IS a Florence Bateman marrying either a James Welch or a William Charles Bush on ancestry in Bethnal Green in Q3 of 1873, so following might be incorrect .... it was, she DID NOT marry Samuel Kingston, that was Florence RICHARDSON.
In 1881 James Welch Dock Labourer. Wife born Stepney.
In 1881 William Bush Hatters Salesman. Wife born Lambeth.
NEITHER seem likely !!
More likely she is the Florence M.Jameson (age 29) born in Bloomsbury, married to Robert Jameson who is a Timber Merchant. If so living in Wisbech St. Peter, Cambs. Oldest child born in 1879 .... yes found marriage on ancestry, Robert Falconer Jameson and Florence Mary Bird Q3 1877 in Marylebone, London, Middlesex. Thus;

1881 Census (age 29) living at Clarkson(?) Villa, Wisbech St Peter, Cambs with husband and son and daughter and 3 servants.

By 1891 husband is widower.

Florence married Robert Falconer Jameson, son of Robert Jameson J.P. and Caroline, Q3 1877 in Marylebone, London. (Robert Falconer Jameson was born in 1854 in Hull, E Yorks.)
