Later; coincidentally his mother and brother Arthur also living in same road by '91 - so increases odds this is correct person.

1891 Census (age 38) living with wife, 2 sons (one not named!), 2 daughters and 4 servants at Hurley Lodge, Honor Oak Road, Sydenham, Lewisham, London. Occupation; Hop factor. NB: Not his children all born in Kent. Kent keeps cropping up in the family.

1901 Census (age 48) living with wife, 4 children and 3 servants at The Manor House, West Wickham, Kent. Occupation; Hop Factor and Agent ('Employer').
