1881 Census (age 2) is living at Lower House, Longtown, Herefordshire with parents, grandmother, cousin (Jane) and and farm servant - Thomas Parry.
From quick look can't find in '91 or '01.There IS an Allen Pritchard, 29, born in Longtown, living in Aberystruth - occupation Railway Engine Driver. MIGHT be him, but need to research more ... 10 years earlier same person was 20, so how could he be only 2 in '81 - it definately LOOKS like 2 in '81, although could be 7 at a pinch ... ah, on family search Allan Pritchard, son of William and Eliza. christened 3 Feb 1869 ... but mother was still single and living with parents in '71 census, so that can't be him.
Assume died sometime after '81. Although no obvious match. Best match (free index) is;
Allen Pritchard, b~1877, Died Q4 1886, Oswestry, Denbighshire.
