1841 Census (age 6) living at Clapham Common, Surrey with parents. Well, I presume he's their son.

Q1 1842, Strand.
Q2 1847, St Luke, Middlesex
Q1 1843, Stepney, London - this one is Wm Henry Powis - so probably this one.

1851 Census; quick look; can't find. There is a 13yo Wm S Powis born in Bermondsey, Surrey who is pupil at Wm Barker's school in 37 Lower St., Islington, but what appears to be that same person is also on the '41 census (age 4) as well as our Wm.
