1871 Census; (age 6) living at Louth Road, Partney, Links with parents and siblings.

1881 Census; (age 16) living at house of Henry Grantham (is retired, son farms 1000 acres) at The Hall, West Keal, Spilsby, Lincs as servant. Occupation; Kitchen Maid (Domestic). John Knowles also living in West Keal at same time.

1891 Census (age 27) living at house of Henry Walker (Farmer and Brewer) at Melcham House, Spilsby, Lincs., unmarried. Occupation; Cook Domestic.

1901 Census; Living (aged 36) at 72 Dykes Hall Road, Ecclesfield, Sheffield with husband and daughter - who is previous census is listed as Caborn and is living with grandparents. This link was originally speculative, but now seems more and more likely.

Ann(e) married John Ely Knowles. (John Ely Knowles was born in 1858 in West Keal, Lincs..)
