Found marriage record (and thus maiden name) on familysearch. Could be someone else, but seems correct - backed up by Gant one name website.
1841 Census; living (age 27), at Gravel Pits, Horncastle, Lincs with husband and 5 children.
1851 Census (incorrectly indexed as Gaunt although does actually say that on the form as well) living (age 43??) at Albert Row, Wragby, Horncastle with husband and most of children (Jane is with Uncle James Gant, Rebecca is missing).
Husband is widower by 1861.
