There is an Ann Walker aged 15 born in Dunholme, Lincs on the 1861 census (aged 15) who is working as a nursemaid for the Boulton family in Welton, Lincs. Could be her perhaps ..... bit later - result! ; an Ann Walker married a Joseph Blanchard in Q4 of 1866 in the Lincoln district, so must be nee Walker.

1851 Census; Living (aged 5) at Nelson Ryland Hamlet, Welton, Lincs. with parents and siblings.
1861 Census; Living (age 15) as nursemaid/servant in house of Moses Boulton (41, Farmer) and his family at Welton, Lincs.
1871 Census (age 25) living in Lissington, Lincolnshire with husband and son and daughter.
1881 Census (indexed under Blanshaw on ancestry.co.uk) (age 36) living in Lissington, Lincs with husband and children. Also a boarder Mary born in Sheffield, age 1 ! Perhaps relative?
1891 Census (age 44) living in Wragby Road, Panton, Horncastle, Lincs. Agricultural Labourer. Living with husband, son and a boarder (Mary, born in Sheffield, scholar). This is the only one where her birthplace is given as Dunholm, Lincs, rest say Frelton (or similar) Lincs. Welton and Dunholme are approx 1 mile apart NE of Lincoln.
1901 Census (age 53) living in Wragby, Panton, Lincs. with husband only.
An Ann Blanchard died in Horncastle Q2 1901, est YoB = 1846 - could be her. Need 1911 census !
