Eliza Hoddell

Found chr on IGI Eliza Hoddell, 18 Feb 1828, parents Wm and Ann, but this could be sister Elizabeth.

1841 Census (indexed as 'Hoddel'); Living, aged 11, at Gridal Farm, Clodock, Herefordshire with parents and 8 siblings and niece (Ann Brewer/Beavan, 3). NB is listed at top of list of children, even though rest in age order.

1851 Census; Living, aged 21 at Gridal (Farm), Longtown, Herefordshre with widowed mother and 3 siblings, 2 farm servants and 2 general servants. NB on '41 she was Eliza and had (presum.) sister called Elizabeth, but here she is definately 'Elizabeth' and must be this person due to ages.

1861 Census (indexed as Hodell on ancestry) ; Unmarried, Living, age 33, at Grindall Farm, Longtown with widowed mother and 2 siblings and 4 farm servants (Livestock Servant, Carter, 2 x Carters Boys). Occupation; Dairymaid. PoB Dewchurch.

1871 Census; Living, aged 42 at Trelandon Farm, Longtown with widowed sister Eliza, 2 nephews, sisters two nieces, 2 farm servants and a domestic servant. Occupation; Non.

1881 Census; Living, age 52 with sister Elizabeth and her husband at H(m?)edland House, Longtown, Herefordshire. Occupation; Housekeeper.

1891 Census, Living as servant, age 60, at Old Green Dragon Cottage, Llanwenarth Ultra Parish, Monmouthshire. Occupation; House Keeper (to Henry Addis, Railway Platelayer and his family).

Found death record, born abt 1829 = match, but check as not in Heref. in '91.
