Bond in £1,000 upon condition that James Hoddell (grandson of 1) shall on coming of age surrender to 2 a copyhold cottage and 27a of land (manor of Kentchurch cum Llanhithog) near Baggalydiate, parishes of Garway and Kilpeck, to which he is heir, now purchased by 2 for £450 paid to 1.
