There is a HENRY Francis Holbrook b Q1 1891 in Greater London, so perhaps that is him?

A Henry Francis Holbrook was parish priest of Grey Lynn, 1914-52 ...this person eventually became an (RC) Archdeacon in the NZ Church and died 1952. Picture here;
