A Lucy M Brigham (born circa 1867) died Q4 1946 in Howden, East Riding, so pretty sure that was her.

Lucy married George Brigham on 22 Aug 1893 in All Saints Church, Pocklington. (George Brigham was born on 14 Nov 1863 in Millington, Yorkshire, died on 13 Jul 1911 and was buried in Millington, Yorkshire.)
