Wendy found; Manchester Cathedral 25 March 1825 James Henry Beilby and Isabella Callender. Found marriage announcement in Liverpool Mercury of Frid April 1 1825. On Friday last Mr James Henry Beilby bookseller of Birmingham to Miss Isabella Callender of Manchester.
Wendy found ; 1829: Parnerships Dissolved: Thomas Beilby, Thomas Knott Snr, John Morgan Knott and James Henry Beilby of Birmingham, Bookseller and Stationers.
1836 Wedding; Witnesses were William Bateman and Eliz.Maria Bateman.
1841 Census; living, aged 45, at New St., St Peter's Parish, Birmingham with 2nd wife and 5 children and 2 servants. Occupation is given, but is unreadable, almost looks like Nationed ?!!? Surname definately Bielby (not Beilby) here.
1851 Census (incorrectly indexed as Bailly on ancestry); v hard to read; living aged 54 in Edgbaston, Birmingham, with wife, 2 dau, 2 sons and 2 servants. PoB is Burton on Trent. PoB is given by v hard to read. Occupation ditto - looks like Slakonia (!?!). Surname hard to read here.
1861 Census (v hard to read) living as widower aged 65 at Beauford(?) Road, Edgbaston with 3 children and a servant. Occupation is a complete mess, but says something about a cottage? - but that might be from line above. Could be that it says Retr S...is it stationer ?!?
Wendy found Apr 16 1866: Esate of James Henry Beilby - all creditors and other persons etc.... of James Henry Beilby formerly of New Street B,ham in counry of Wckshire, bookseller but late of Beaufort Road, Edgbaston gentleman deceased, who died 10 Nov 1865 and whose will proved 29 Nov 1865. Executors George Chater and Thomas Avery.

Bateman family tree says he was book seller.
From Bruce Bennett; James Henry Beilby married Isabella Callender at the Cathedral, Manchester in 1825. He was BA Magdalen College, a stationer in 1841. In 1861 he was a retired stationer, widower, living with Isabella, Maria and George at 4 Beaufort Road. James a bookseller died in 1865 at Beaufort Road Edgebaston. Isabella was born in 1801 at Newcastle-upon-Tyne. James married secondly Anne Bateman in 1836 at stJames Clerkenwell. His brother Thomas Belby was the first in the family to become a tobacco pipe manufacturer.
James married Isabella Callender on 25 Mar 1825 in Manchester Cathedral. (Isabella Callender was born ~1801 and died on 20 Sep 1834.)
James next married Ann Bateman, daughter of Thomas# Bateman and Jane# Jordan, on 10 Aug 1836 in St.James, Clerkenwell, Middlesex. (Ann Bateman was born on 28 Dec 1798, christened on 1 Feb 1799 in Burton On Trent, died in Worthing and was buried on 13 Apr 1857.)
