1851 Census (incorrectly indexed as Bailly on ancestry); v hard to read; living aged 12 in Edgbaston, Birmingham, with parents, 3 siblings and 2 servants. Presuming he is product of second marriage due to age.

Did he die? - quick look in free index but can't find a death for him, not in Birmingham area anyway.
