Have copy of marriage certificate; A small envelope addressed to Miss Beilby, Street Parsonage, Somerset which contains a copy of a Marriage Certificate, No:1576, page 526 of the parish of St.James, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, for James Henry Beilby, of the parish of Edgbaston in the county of Warwick, a Widower, and Ann Bateman, of this parish, Spinster, married in this church by licence on 10th August, 1836. In the presence of William Bateman & Eliza Marie Bateman . This is probably the Ann Bailly listed above - yes it is - so;
1841 Census; living, aged 40, at New St., St Peter's Parish, Birmingham with husband and 5 children and 2 servants.
1851 Census (incorrectly indexed as Bailly on ancestry); v hard to read; living aged 52 in Edgbaston, Birmingham, with husband, 2 dau, 2 sons and 2 servants. PoB is Burton on Trent. But some of these children born before 1836, so presumably they are James' from his first marriage.
