Info from Henry Bateman autobiog;
Died at home of her eldest daughter (presumably Anne?) on her 56th birthday.
"She was not only the youngest child but appears to have been the favourite of the family - very pretty and attractive and much admired by her relatives at whose house she frequently visited".

Wendy visited Holy Trinity Oct 07 but could not identify the relevant grave as most of the gravestones badly eroded.
However she later found this ; http://www.gravestonephotos.com/public/gravephoto.php?grave=137460&requestee=8597 which seems correct albeit no dates.


Jane# married Thomas# Bateman, son of William John# Bateman and Unknown, on 26 Nov 1795 in Abbot's Bromley, Stafford. (Thomas# Bateman was born on 28 Apr 1768 in Burton On Trent, died on 12 May 1808 in Burton On Trent and was buried in May 1808 in St.Modwen's, Burton On Trent.)
