Jane Jordan Bateman

Found bapt entry in St Modwen, BuT Parish Register;"16th Jan 1801, Jane Jordan dau of Thomas and Jane Bateman".

According to Henry Bateman biogs she "was married to Mr Dalleshe a solicitor first of Burton upon Trent and afterwards of Derby. She died at the house of her daughter Mrs.Byron of Newcastle on Tyne". Bateman family tree says married James Vallesh. However think is Vallack. Also it appears to be Bryson, not Byron (Ellen).

Looked for Jane Bateman marriage on familysearch but non in Derbyshire.

1841 Census; Quick look can't find.

1851 Census; Jane J Vallack, living, aged 49, at 11 Cockpit Hill, St Peters Parish, Derby with husband, 2 sons, 2 dau and a servant. PoB; Burton, Staffs.

1861 Census; Jane J Vallack, living, aged 60, at 11 Canal something, St Peter's Parish, Derby with husband, son, 2 dau and a servant. PoB; Staffs.

1871 Census; Jane J Vallack, living, aged 70, at 1 xxxx (Kilmot, Wilmot?) St, St Peter's Parish, Derby with husband, 2 dau and a servant. PoB Burton on Trent.

Got Vallash, Newcastle and DoD from Bateman family tree - need to recheck census.

Jane married James Vallack on 11 Feb 1833. (James Vallack was born in 1800 and died Q1 1879 in Derby.)
