bullet  Notes:

Found chr on familysearch, dau of George and Eleanor.

Her daughter Marianne was living with her mother (ie Mariane's grandmother) in 1861 census. Found Marianne's birth details on familysearch.org, and thus Eleanor's name and her husbands name, later backed up by her fathers will.

1841 Census; quick look, can't find. Would be married by then.

Receives a 1/6th share in her fathers estate, minus deductions for the £500 she has already been advanced!

1851 Census (age 36) living with husband, 7 daughters, governess and 2 servants in Gaywood Parish, Freebridge Lynn, Norfolk.

1861 Census (age 46) living with husband, 8 children, 2 assistant (drapers), 1 apprentice (draper) and a servant at No.2 North Cross Street, Alverstoke, Hampshire.

From Wendy; Northampton Mercury 21 Apr 1866 "On 30 Jan at Whau near Auckland, New Zealand Eleanor wife of Mr Thomas March and elder dau of the late George Rands"

Eleanor married Thomas March in St Sepulchres, Northampton. (Thomas March was born in 1813 in Wellingborough, Northants.)
