Mary Taylor has found a Sarah Pirkins bapt in Pattishall 23 Jan 1799, father John, mother Sarah. Later confirmed as her dau mentioned in will of John Pirkins of Pattishall.
She must be first wife of William as shown on baptisms of John P and Julia (Sandy Hall research).
Found bapt in Northants CRO - no further info.
Got the marriage details from the marriage lookup service at;

.... she being of this parish (Pattishall). Which tied in with my prior suspicions. Actually, looking through old emails, Sandy Hall had also told me this 6 months earlier - but somehow I missed it !!

FHO Northants burials; Name Sarah WRIGHT Date 31 Oct 1831 Aged 34 Place Irthlingborough Description St Peter Denomination Anglican County code NTH. This ties in with Wm remarrying in 1832 and also (roughly) with the Sarah Pirkins, dau of John and Sarah born in Pattishall in ~1799.
Sarah married William# Wright, son of William# Wright and Ann# Sumpter, on 19 Jan 1818 in Pattishall, Northants. (William# Wright was born in 1785 in Irthlingborough, Northants., christened on 29 Dec 1785 in Irthlingborough, Northants. and died on 24 May 1868 in 4 London Road, Brighton, Sussex.)
