DoB and Baptism (in christening) from Sandy Hall research. This clearly shows Sarah as her mother.
Also on http://www.northants-familytree.net/pattishall%20christenings%201813-1884.htm ; Julia WRIGHT d William & Sarah (b 20 Feb 1825) Pattishall Yeoman 21-Feb 1827

1841 Census; NOT listed with rest of family. Possibly she is the Julia Wright, 15, at a boarding school in Kentish Town, London.

1851 Census (age 25) unmarried and living at 'Farm House' Priors Marston with her brother and his family. Gives occupation as 'Farmers Daughter'.

Can't find marriage on familysearch.org. From Wendy; Northampton Mercury 13 Nov 1851 "at Priors Marston George Rands to Julia Wright youngest dau of Wm Wright"

May 1856; Is named in the will of Stephen Sumpter of Irthlingborough "RANDS, Julia, dau of Wm Wright, wife of George Rands".

1861 Census (age 36) Living with husband in Northampton St.Sepulchre. There are 6 children, George's sister and 5 servants. So looks like she has married her brothers second wives brother, which makes sense. This when I realised 'St John' could be a Rands tradition rather than a Wright one - backed up when later found St John Outlaw.

1871 Census (age 46) Living with husband and children and 3 servants at No.41 Newland (?), Northampton St Sepulchre.

1881 Census (age 58) Living with husband and children and sister-in-law (Elizabeth Pain) and brother-in-law (Christopher Rands) and 3 servants at No 41 Newland, Northampton St Sepulchre.

1891 Census (age 66?) Living with husband and children and a visitor (Lilian M Wade) at No 43 Newland, Northampton St Sepulchre. NB: Now living at No.43 and No.41 is 'Offices' occupied by 3 servants.

Dead by 1901 census as husband is widower.

Julia married George Rands, son of George# Rands and Eleanor# Outlaw, in Nov 1851 in Priors Marston, Warwickshire. (George Rands was born in 1820 in Northampton, Northants, christened on 6 Aug 1820 in St. Sepulchre, Northampton, Northants, died on 31 Jan 1902 in Northampton, Northants and was buried in Feb 1902 in St.Sepulchre's, Northampton.)
