London Gazette 22 Mar 1861 from Wendy H "Pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a cause Isabella Harrison Napper and others, infants, by John Young, their next friend, against Thomas Napper and others, the creditors of Richard Mattison Harrison late of Charlotte-row, Walworth, in the county of Surrey, Esquire, who died in or about the month of December 1859 are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 8th day of April 1861 to come in and prove their debts......." etc.
Harrison was Isabella's maternal grandfather. Presumably he is the same Richard Mattison Harrison who was Chief Clerk at Hoare & Co in 1840 (Central Criminal Court Case at which he gave evidence).

1871 Cenus (age 27) living as lodger with sons at 115a Catherine(?) Terrace, St.Barnabus Parish, Kennington, Lambeth, London. Married. Occupation; Annunitant.

1881 Census - incorrectly indexed as PowEs (age 37) living as head of house (husband in IOW) at 1 Ravensworth Ter, Fulham, Chelsea, London with 4 children, 2 cousins and a domestic servant. Occupation null. Cousins are;
1.Walter Foster (31), Merchant, born in Dorking, Unmarried.
2.Elizabeth Foster (41), born in Clerkenwell, Unmarried

1891 Census - incorrectly indexed as Panis (age 47). Living in mother-in-laws house at 2 Mareboro(?) Road, Putney, London with husband, children and 3 servants. Occupation "Living on own means".

1901 Census (age 57) living at 'Gwyncred' (? - next to Post Office/Rose Cottage) Pagham, Sussex with husband, son, visitor (Mildred M Houle 32) and 2 servants.

Isabella married Charles William Powis, son of Charles Horlick# Powis and Ann# Foster, Q4 1861 in St James, Westminster. (Charles William Powis was born in 1836 in Lambeth, Surrey, christened on 15 Aug 1847 in St.Matthew's, Brixton, Surrey and died on 6 Sep 1919.)
